CARDIO / CORE

HllT style interval circuit using; body weight, band, assault bike, ski-row machine, light weight. To push your metabolic rate and build a strong core.

MOBILITY

Full body, full ROM movements to increase joint mobility, lengthen and strengthen key tendons ligaments for injury prevention.

TABATA STRENGTH

Two full body Tabata circuits. Each circuit is three to four sets of four exercises with variable work to rest time intervals.

EMOM

Every Minute On the Minute full body strength workout. 8 exercises 3 sets with variable reps depending on exercise.

PF 100

Muscular Endurance full body workout. Test your endurance with your choice of 100/75/50 reps of each exercise.

CIRCUIT

Full body finish as quick as you can workout. Using; Kettle Bells, Water Bags, Bumper Plates or a combination of the three. Push your body to the limit with a test of your strength and will power.
